Make my Bear’s Return Policy

Your satisfaction with our product is our top priority.

Teddy bear making with Make my Bear should be fun. The teddy bear kits and teddy bear clothes are sourced from reputable suppliers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@makemybear.com.au. We will arrange for you to send it back to us for a refund or replacement. You must return it within 28 days of the original order.

Any item returned must be in its original condition and original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred including returning the order to us by traceable means. Please e-mail us at info@makemybear.com.au and we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return address. You must receive an RA number before returning the product.

All returns are at your own expense. If a returned item is deemed faulty we will refund the postage in full.

This policy does not in anyway affect your statutory rights.

We want you to be happy with our products as we put a lot of effort into sourcing great products. We welcome feedback as we are continually striving to enhance our product lines and  add to the make your own teddy bear concept. Our aim is to be the best supplier for children’s  parties and other teddy making activities and to ensure our range includes everything you need for a great teddy bear party.
