Minimum Quantities

Q. What is the minimum number of teddy bear kits I can buy for a build a bear party at home?

A. There is no minimum quantity, you can buy as many teddy bear kits or as few as you like.

Delivery

Q. Where do you deliver to?

A. Anywhere in Australia that our couriers can reach.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?

A. We normally despatch orders within 24hrs, delivery times depend on your location; Sydney is normally next business day and most other locations 2- 3 days. WA and NT can take a little longer depending on how remote the destination is. If you have an urgent delivery please call us on 0414 254423 and we will try and get the order out as quickly as possible.

Q. Can I pick up my order?

A. We are an internet-based company but if you would like to pick up your order this can be arranged. Pick up is from Balgowlah NSW.

Q. How much does it cost to ship

A. That depends on the weight of the shipment. The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout. We endeavour to keep our shipping costs to a minimum

Stuffing Machines

Q. Do you provide stuffing machines for a teddy bear party?

A. No, we find that children prefer to stuff the teddies/animals by hand. Stuffing machines are used by build a bear party workshops but these require an adult to operate so the children do not get anywhere near as involved in the making process.

Teddy Bear Clothes

Q. Do you have clothes for the teddy bears?

A. Yes. We have a range of teddy bear clothes and accessories. These clothes will fit most standard 15″ bear including those from Build a Bear, Stufflers and Teddy Mountain.

Time involved

Q. How long does it take to make a bear?

A. That depends on the age and ability of the child. Obviously it will take younger children a little longer as they have smaller hands and cannot always reach the extremities of the arms and legs. (we suggest using something blunt like the handle of a wooden spoon to help with this).

Fundraising

Q. Can the bears be used for fundraising?

A. Yes, they have been used very successfully at many different events. You can see some ideas regarding teddy bear picnics here or alternatively look on our fundraising page
